Returns and Refunds Policy
- We will process your request within 24-48 business hours of receipt of your return. Please note shipping costs incurred on your original order are not refunded upon return.
- The shipping services will reuse their tracking numbers after 120 days so that every tracking number will show invalid after that period of time. We will not be responsible for any loss in shipping after 120 days.
- If you are returning a package over $59, please using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, for your own benefit since we are not sure that we will be able to receive your returned package or not.
